Hi, I'm sorry to bother you fallout friends with my noob question. English is not my native language, and maybe that's why im having trouble understanding this.
I am playing Fallout 2. I am level 12, my luck is 6, and I am yet to choose my next (4th) perk. My character is using small guns.
My critical chance is 16 because of my perks. So, should I take the sniper perk when I reach the required level? How does sniper perk work when I shoot aimed shots? If I've understood correctly, some websites say that when I shoot aimed shot to eyes with sniper perk, it LOWERS the chance to get critical hit?? Is this true or am I just a critical noob
If I had sniper perk right now, is this how it would work:
My luck is 6, so I have 66% chance to get critical. But because of my two "more criticals" perks, the chance is 66+10=76?
What happens when I do aimed shots?
Thanks for answers, and try to keep it frank
