Sniper perk problem

I have spent ages eagerly anticiating the sniper perk in F2, and when i come to level 21...
I CANT GET IT!!!
WHY!!!

please help
 
Well it would help if you posted your character's stats, otherwise how are we meant to know if it meets the perk requirements.

But anyway I thought sniper was available from level 24 not 21?
 
Sorry I have Pe 7, In 10, Lk 6, Small Guns 163.
i think those are all the relevant ones.
Are there any perks i need?
 
Can you confirm whether sniper is lvl 24??
Plus i do have ag 10 so perception is the problem
 
Jesus H Christ, what is it about this forum that just seems to scream 'don't do any research by yourself'

Hell, you should have a manual where you can find at what level and with which requirements you can get sniper.
 
Then go borrow the manual from your 'm8'.
Or go do some googling, looking around on this site, and don't ask us to do all the work for you.

By the way, here's the answer, gee what a little googling can't do, eh?

Since this is the second idiot that decided to join today without bothering to do any research or to even read the stickied posts, to register onto the forum to be lazy when the answer is three clicks from the main page, it appears an object lesson is in order.
