So darn stuck (or bugged) on Scintific Pursuits

Hi, I wonder about the quest Scientific Pursuits. The part is called Search dad's holotapes for clues on his location. I have been looking for hours inside Jefferson memorial, but part 4 5 and 6 of his Waterlogs are not there. Because I have done all sidequests so far it starts to get boring not knowing where to find the missing holodiscs. Shall they be in there? Or how do I make progress? Always someone who is at work now and wants helping out a newbie I presume. Thanks

Edit, maybe there are more entries to Jeff Memorial than the Gift shop one?
 
I believe the rest of the journals are in the basement. If you already found those, the others are in the rotunda.
 
you dont need em to do the quest, ive never found them and i already finished the game....i dont exactly remember what part your at and im not home to load up the game, but i do remember you dont need them :P
 
Did you get the three that are on top of the purifier? At the top of the ramp as you go into the equipment room in the rotunda, theres a white thing with 3 holotapes stacked on it.
 
You need to actually listen to them on your pipboy. It's under Data => Notes.
