Fallout 1 mod So how do I mod the game installed from the original CD?

So, I have installed the game from a CD and just beaten the game. Now I am trying to mod the game and modify the dialogue files, but the problem is: I can't find them! The game's folder hasn't the DATA folder, just some empty folder and that is it. Can someone help me?

there are certain tools to extract from the .dat files just look up the post in the stickies to get to the Dobrovik's modding archive of most if not all the stuff that were made for Fallouts by the comunity.
