So I built a Post Apocalyptic Car for a movie (see video)

For Season 2 of Mad Nation, I built this car. Did a mini documentary about it as a behind the scenes thing. I'd keep typing, but pretty much everything to be said is in the video so here it is. Enjoy!

a "blockade runner" is probably supposed to be able to run through a blockade... you need something to protect your bumper & radiator.

needs a bullbar kind of thing, imo.

Eh, it is what it is, and we're not going to do anything more with it. But it's a heavy as shit volvo: if there's any stock sedan I can see being tough enough to smash through a blockade, it's this car.

That being said, we used it in four Mad Nation shorts that we'll be releasing at some point in the next few months. Now that it's served it's purpose, we'll likely scrap it as it's not exactly street legal anymore.

This is very cool. I'll be looking for the new episodes soon. And you should destroy the car in another episode just to get some extra exciting use out of it. And where did get the sawed off shotgun? It looks great.
