And all webpages formerly affiliated with Interplay had mysteriously imploded, breaking download links all over the place. Would anyone be able to direct me to a Sacrifice fan page or download spot, if one there were?

The Fileplanet section is the only place I managed to find (with maps at least, the patches are much easier to locate), all the fan sites I found have been taken down, much like Rosh said. Couldn't find a single survivor, though of course that doesn't mean that one isn't out there.
Fileplanet has 40 maps in their Home / Gaming / Strategy / Real-Time / Sacrifice / Maps section.
