So, who is ready to earn/loose some money? - Kwari

iii

Vault Dweller
Kwari has been designed with a singular purpose in mind – to give you the opportunity to translate your shooter skills into some serious cash. Everything about the game has been tailored to that effect, so much so that even an average player should be able to get ahead in the game quickly.

Every time you hit another player in Kwari you make money. Every time you are hit by another player it costs you. Every shot counts. How much is down to the stake level you play in. But this is not the only way to win.

I am always ready to earn/loose some money...but not that way.
And how do a game like that battle bots?

Hmm, developed by FOT's Micro Forté. Seems like there are a number of strategies to gain cash, rather than just kills and capture the flag, some appearing like gambling.

There are no bots, as it is a cash driven multiplayer free-for-all.

I don't think the novelty cash mechanic will be enough for this game to take off if the core FPS gameplay is inferior to most competitors. Should have a market though.

They are obviously paranoid about security/cheating and are putting a lot of effort into that, but I don't know how successful their countermeasures will be.

People get around VAC on Steam, and look how much money Valve is throwing at it.

If there's money to be made per SHOT, can you imagine what measures they will go to in order to surpass their security systems?

Minigun + Aimbot = End of round 1 : $1337.62 earned.

Ammunition costs money too and everything is logged and analysed. ;)

Right. And Bioshock is uncrackable.

It's only a matter of time man. I'll bet you that Kwari will close down due to 'problems with excessive exploitation/cheating'.

Wow is still up cheatless.

WoW? world of warcraft? cheatless? haha, you've obviously never played. ;)

it's far from cheatless, though the cheating usually involves teleporting etc abused by goldfarmers rather than by players in PvP.
