So I dug around and discovered I still have some weapon inventory graphics for a 2D RPG/strategy game I was working on ten years ago rotting on my abandoned DeviantArt account. The game never made it beyond the character creation screen so I've decided to publish all the graphics on OpenGameArt under CC0 (public domain, i.e. do WTF you want):

The game was inspired by Fallout 1, 2 and FOT, so there's a familiar mix of WW2 and modern weapons (plus a laser gun and electronic chainsaw for good measure). I'm just posting this here in the hope that someone might find some use in these.
Personally I wouldn't use these as-is because they could drastically improved by a real artist (I'm a programmer, not a designer) with basic things like shading, dithering and texture but they're CC0 so you can use them as a starting point for your own graphics without having to give me any money or attribution.
If someone does end up doing something with them, feel free to send me a message to warm my heart. I promise I won't charge you any money and you don't even have to mention me in your work.
I've also attached a collage of most of the weapons (I think only the knife is missing, but it's crap anyway) but you can download the images individually from OGA. Knock yourselves out.
