Where is located the info for Vault-boy images in character screen?
I want to change them for my mod (I will need the PID of the images too.)

Another thing, this is a help need about perks (Once again), how can I add perks like this:

Need: STRENGHT 5, INTELLIGENCE 5.
Effects: Add 20 points to Small guns, +1 to AC, and add 15 Normal Damage resistance.
Description: Half of your body is... Cybronic, you body is hardened, and your resisance against physical dammages is improved.

Need: 90% Mélee weapons, STRENGHT 6.
EFFECTS: Add 20 points to unarmed, to melee. add 10% criticals.
DESCRIPTION: You really like slash n' smash your foes, you gain a bonus for close-combat skills, and gain more critical chances.

Generally, it's located in data/art/skilldex

You need to find PIDs for yourself, it's not difficult (just open skilldex.lst in some kind of notepad which shows line numbers, e.g. notepad++

Another thing, this is a help need about perks (Once again), how can I add perks like this:

There are plenty of threads about modifying perks on the forums here. Use the search option, please.
