1. I think that there should definately be good and bad NPCs so that u can go on wild killing rampages and not have your budies attack or leave you(just cause i wanted to maim some childeren doesn't mean sulik should be an ass about it).
2. Also i think they should expand the world map a bit more, keep the same 'ole places like the hub and new reno but make more...and lots of 'em!
3. I'm also thinkin that it would be fun to start your own gang or even a little shop! think about it, roaming the wastes having everyone know and fear you or setting up shop in a town and selling some crap u found off people u killed for some extra cash.
4. Perhaps it would be fun(or funny) if a rival from New Arroyo would be trying to finish quests before you(maybe they always screw up and u have to save them)
5. NEW WEAPONS! Not so many new state-of-the-art weapons but lots of slug throwers. i'm not saying lasers and plasma guns arn't fun(lets face it, we all get a kick out watching enemys get sliced in half be lasers beams or melted into a pile of goo my a plasma bolt). Lets see weapons that break or jam, they should need mainteance once and awhile.
6. More women!!!! Damn Marian or whatever was worthless! lets see some worthwhile female npcs!
