Someone wants to buy this for me, and swap it for something. Since I can't get Tactics or the first 2 Fallouts over here, and he can't get what he wants over there, we're both winners.

Only problem is he's buying it from European Amazon, specifically, from German Amazon since he lives in Germany. So, if he orders it, is it going to be in German?

I don't understand German, so that wouldn't help me and I'd probably be better off buying all 3 games from Interplay store.

You bet they are. Fallout 2 cover is from European edition, which probably means castrated content.

As for the castrated content, AFAIK, all can be sewed back up with a small patch.

Yeah. But the fact that the entire games are in different languages will be an issue.
