someone please explain??

While playing the game this am( i was out in the wastelands looking for stuff to trade). And on my way to Canyon City. I suddenly get this pop up box that says " unable to load mission file" I was'nt loading a game at the time i was exiting an encounter. I had to exit to the main menu and reload the game.
Help what does this mean???

thing just happen to me too..
.. but when I try to enter the delta bunker ( i don´t remember if it this one but one of the bunkers) and appeared that bunker04.mis was missing...
.. if any one want to help me...

Hasn't happened to me. Do you have the patch? That could be the problem
