I wasn't a big fan of the first GOW but it was pretty decent. I was going to pick up the sequel anyway but I'm liking what I'm seeing more and more. It seems to be improved in all the right ways and the set pieces look even more impressive in this one. I'm most excited about the promise of much improved story.
