It think the sound filenames are the same as the corresponding animation. The punch animation code is 'aq', so the floater attack sound will be 'masphnaq.acm'. Hero sounds use wildcards (e.g., 'hfxxxxaa.acm') because they're the same for all armors.
There are also sound codes ya, yb, za, zb, zq, and zr, which don't have any corresponding animation. I don't know what they're used for.
