OK gents, (as Thorgrimm would write), it had occured to me that although the Fallout world never had a Space Race, we do see the slightly non-canon shuttle in Fallout 2 (which in my mind shouldn't neccesarily be there, as the first shuttle was built in 1976 (Enterprise) and the first one actually made it into space in 1981 (Columbia)) and, more importantly, we hear Brotherhood scribes say... Uhm, I can't seem to find it now, but it's something along the lines of "Did you know that man has actually landed on the Moon?".
So, was there a Space Race before or after the Fusion Race, or is it an inconsistency?
