Speak Latin?

Here's a weird question for ya. Last night, my financee & I were watching "Tombstone" for the millionth time, and we came to the part where they're in the bar and Ringo & Doc were speaking Latin; anyone have any idea what they are saying? That's been driving me nuts for a few years now.

"Did we give up when the GERMANS bombed Pearl Harbor?"
 
Well, can't say I can help translate, but I can help. This is a transcript of what they say:

Doc: In vino veritas.
Ringo: Age quod agis.
Doc: Credat Judaeus Apella, non ego.
Ringo: Iuventus stultorum magister.

Don't blame me for any inaccuracies, I haven't seen the movie since it was in theaters, and took it off a Fan-Site. All I know is that I like the actual town (visit Wyatt Earp's favorite Ice Cream Parlor!).

Thank you; that has been one of those silly things that eats away at you brain when it has decided that it doesn't want to do any higher function at that time.
