special encounters???

Where is the pip boy enciunter i cant find it and in uprising encounter is there a way to come in to the building????

The pipboy encounter is way up on the map, look at the map I posted on the encounter page for FOT. And no, you can't gain access to that building...

is the pipboy nere a town or something cant se exactly where it is its the same whith the titanic encounter on the encouter site its a sea at the left but on the info it should be att north east where is that???

If you guys open up the campaign editor, then open the bos.cam file, you should be able to view where it's most possible to encounter these special encounters..
