Speculation on what "The Sink" is

It Wandered In From the Wastes
One of the things that most interests me regarding Old World Blues is the idea of a new upgradeable base for use by the courier. Honestly i never liked being limited to the Lucky 38 Suite. (outside of mods) What do u think the Sink will be like, what it will offer to the discerning Courier
 
All I know is it will have some of the greatest indoor plumbing in the post nuclear world.
