Hi guys, I've been playing the entire fallout series for years, and only just started getting into the modding/cheat side of it.
I've been delving through this site for hours and unable to find what I am after, so it looks like I'll have to use the editor to get it done?
All I am really after is being able to change the starting squad members, races, and boost their stats, as well as making dog armour(that doable?).
Can anyone explain what I need to do in order to edit the starting characters?
