I have killed everything...gotten the men to the exit ponit and it still the mission is not compelte what do i do? The Burke guy at the bridge died...i thought he killed himself....is he suppose to be living?

yes he should be dead. Are you sure you got the men in the apc? The exit grid is beyond the garage where you found the apc. you have to drive around the garage to get out. If that's not the case then I don't know
