Starting a new game.

Hello guys, I hope you'll pardon my ignorance once again.

I didn't play FO2 for more than 5 or 6 years... it's been a while.

Not that I didn't want to - but it's almost impossible to find time, and I know how addicted I will become as soon as I get to Klamath.

Anyway, I will have more than enough time during the next couple of days, and I thought Megamod was the best thing to do.

But now, while reading through this forum for couple of hours, it seems that Megamod is full of bugs, unfortunately.

Is Restauration Pack in better shape? I sure am going to install either one of those two, because I'd love to check new stuff, but if it's going to ruin my experience with crashes and errors, I'd rather to chose one which will bug me less.

Like I said, pardon my ignorance and give me your advice.

I played the restauration mod and had only minor crashes which were caused by some other mod I had installed. Try it. Worst thing that can happen is that you have to reinstall. Big fucking deal...

There isn't any notable bugs in the restoration mod so I'd say that it's the best way to go. Also, it is more loyal to the original version... I like it.
