Strange Papers???

I found some "strange papers" in a locker next to the mechanic in the third bunker. I'm no linguist mind you, but it sure doesn't look like any language i've seen. Anybody have any idea what the papers are saying???

it's supposed to be a story about a mouse, I think before the patch you could actually read it. but I didn't find them untill after I patched the game so I have no idea.
