Ok... This has got me really angry because I don't know how to solve this problem. I'm at the blades hangout and talking to the leader about the kid who got killed. But now there is some idiot blocking the door. I cannot get the person to move and its the only way out. The only thing I can do is kill everybody but I don't want to. It isn't one of my party members either its just a stupid game character.

This is pretty annoying and it happens, but there's not really anything you can do. This is the reason that a 'push' command was added in Fallout 2.
What you can try to do is delete the Boneyard savegame file from your savegame (make sure to back it up first, though) and hope that fixes it.

ummm k i found the folder with the saves and i went into the save and i didn't know what file to choose. I deleted "lablades" save data and now when I load it it says that there's an error. I have the file tho so there's np there but is there any other workaround?

One other thing you could try is creating a new game, walking directly to the LA Blades map, saving the game, then copying that save to your intended savegame (again, back up everything before you try this). Not sure if it'll work, though.
Killing everyone in the Blades area won't do much. It'll just mean that you don't get to help the Blades, and don't get to do a few things in the Boneyard, but it won't break your game or anything.
If someone walked into the doorway, doesn't that mean they can walk out of it again?
You could try starting combat mode and hitting an NPC if you have any, and see if the other critters move away.
