I normally gest quest form col. Moore to secure Kimball and i must go to Grant to go forward with this mission. I spoke with ranger but i don't have option to progress and i could say only Goodbye when he said " It's a lot to prepare..." or sth like that. So i think that i wearing NCR armor so i change it to Desert Ranger Armor and its nothing. After that i decide to finish this quest by console command but i cant earn Eureka quest from general oliver.
