stupid/ simple question :P about savegames

Hello,

I have FT PL 1.27 but I prefer original version :P so I'm trying to get my hands on english v. Will my savegames work if I transfer them form 1.27 PL to 1.27 ENG ? :P I know that they probably won't work but i want to be sure :)
