Suggestions on how to use the rest of my bandwidth?

There are several porn-focused Youtube-derivates out there.
So grab your dick and double-click for porn, porn, porn!

100 BIGGAGITES!!

You can always download loads of interesting stuff off youTube*. All those 10-part documentaries you'd normally not watch streaming. But those .flv files are pretty small anyway.

I'd spend a few bucks on Steam and use the bandwidth to download new games. Even re-download some of my older Steam games, for that rainy day when you find yourself with no internet connection.

Or as Hassknecht so discretely put it, download porn. Do what you must! :ok:

* What's the legal line there? AFAIK, if it is not in breach of copyright laws and is freely available on youTube, it doesn't matter if I watch it on the site or download it using a plug-in.

Download photographs of everyone in your phonebook from FaceBook and attach an image to their entry in your phone/have a fun cut-and-stick afternoon with your paper address book.

Or, more entertainingly, email high-quality pictures of your buttocks to your nemeses.

Go to the European Southern Observatory and download some of their super high-res images of the stars. Such as the The Helix Nebula - some images are in the hundreds of MB.

Thanks for the suggestions, but downloading porn seems kinda pointless when I could just stream it

Never thought about downloading hi res stuff before though, especially coming from new zealand where bandwidth is expensive. I got some 1080p movies and pics of solar systems and the like, and a legitimate copy of fallout 2

Streaming uses up bandwidth, too, so it's no waste :)
And anything porn-related is never a waste.

If it's porn you want, then Andrew Blake is the man for you...and no these are not gay films. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrew_Blake_(director)

  • Andrew Blake's films are characterized by high production values, artistic stylization, and rigorous technique. His style has been compared to that of the seminal fashion photographer Helmut Newton, and described as "decadent, lush, opulent, unfailingly arousing, moneyed and sophisticated."
