super character intall and use prob

how do you install it to your system and how do you use it in the character create screen (new Game) please reply soon i have already beat the game but i want to have some fun now and cant get this damn thing to work help me.
 
actually the easiest way to create a super character is go into your fallout folder the path is core/tables. inside the tables folder is a notepad named races. (If it's not in notepad form just open it with notepad or wordpad.) scroll down the list until you find the statbase for the human. first line of numbers is the min stats. second line of numbers is what your starting character will be at. third line of numbers is the max stats your character can be at. So if you wanted to make a character with all 50's to begin with just change the middle all the middle stats to 50 and all the max stats to something above fifty. Change the numbers, Save the file, and start a new game.
:) right now I'm running around with a character with all stats at 2000. Ungodly!
