So Old I'm Losing Radiation Signs
For those who don't know, Syndicate is a series of video games, in an very ammoral Cyberpunk setting.
The first two games (Syndicate & Syndicate wars) were isometric tactical games, released in 1993-1996 develloped by Bullfrog Productions and published by Eletronic Arts.
There is also an FPS released in 2012, still published by Electronic Arts, but develloped by Starbreeze Studio.
Mike Diskett, the lead designer of Syndicate Wars, has the project to make a spiritual successor of Syndicate Wars, closer to the gameplay of the originals.
I assume that if it is a spiritual successor, it is because EA own the rights of the franchise, like Interplay couldn't make Wasteland 2 at the time.
Currently, i don't know much about the games.
I am very interested in the three current Syndicate games, but i haven't tried them yet, so i don't know if those three will fullfill my expectations. I just know that you play a completly ammoral character/faction, doing dirty jobs for corporations.
I also don't know much about that new spiritual successor. But i have the feeling it deserves to be more known.
(it is so sad that you could have huge advertizing for big crap, and some gems could go unnoticed)
The game was fully funded on kickstarter and greenlighted on Steam.
