Systems to "Improve" the Fallout 4 Experience

First time out of the vault
Well since there is no FO4 subforum yet, I'll put this here:

What are some of the not-serious suggestions to add to FO4 to make it better?

Mine:

After you get the dog you see in the trailer, drop the player party into a base filled with deadly forcefields, to give the player that genuine "DOGMEAT, NOOOO!" experience.

I don't know if serious or not...

But for me, the single biggest problem with Fallout 3, apart from the terrible writing and terrible level design, is the lack of descriptions for random items in the world.
If Bethesda concentrated on that and that alone, I'd be happy to pay... let's say 25 bucks to play the game.
Otherwise, meh. Maybe if they improved the combat system, drastically reduced the amount of combat, got some sanity into the world design (no 250 years old car boxes or working gas fueled generators, for example) and the items (no more drugs all around and no food to be found or no more huge amounts of ammo all around) and perhaps implemented some original gameplay mechanics (you know, like, SOMETHING? Because Fallout 3 *IS* Oblivion with guns).

But Bethesda is lazy like that, so Fallout 4 is gonna be Fallout 3 v2.0, have no doubt of that.

Let me avoid, abandon or kill that fucking dog, seriously. I don't want a dog companion. I love dogs IRL, but Bethesda are doing it wrong.
