Tandi president of NCR issue?

First time out of the vault
Ok, I wiped out the gangsters in vault 15 before going to NCR. And now president Tandi gave me the mission to go solve things in vault 15 and get her the computer parts. When I tell her I took care of it, give her the parts and tell where vault 13 is, I get the reward and XP`s after talking to the assistant but after that the assistant wont let me see Tandi again and hi won`t speak to me.

Does this affect something, bad karma etc.? Or should I just load a game before wiping out the whole vault15?
 
hmm... by the assistant, you mean the NCR spy?, if this guy start walking away, then hes the NCR spy in which you reported to tandi, you can still talk with tandi normally (just open the door).

btw hows Vic? hes dead or suffered a "misterious" head wound recently :P

No I mean Gunther, hi just tells me that "the president wont see you -now or ever- You`ve been paid, now just leave".
