TB and CTB

Pardon my ignorance, for I haven't downloaded the demo, nor have I been following FO:T long enough to know.

Could someone explain what TB and CTB are? I gather it has something to do with the game turn flow. An in-depth, technical explanation would be appreciated.

TB is the system in Fallout's combat that you're used to.

CTB is a sort-of real-time that is slightly imbalanced, IMO.
