Why is it that everyone I want to recruit (ghouls or mutants) have the annoying traits that cripple my team (glowing one or vat skin). Any solutions to this, other than levelling them up and using the mutate perk? Is there a good trainer that I could use to remove those useless abilities?
 
If you havent patched to 1.25

you can use the existing trainer... download from No Mutants allowed...
