Tech help... dialogue bug..please help!

hi everyone, i m a bit confused, i just finished the last mission of bunker gamma(where u have to kill gamorin) and i m being told to move to the next bunker, but there, i just can't speak with the NPCs..i can't barter/speak with anyone but the general who gives me my next assignment...but i can't see the briefing! i just have a blank dialogue and briefing screen...
so i read here to know what i m supposed to do(discover the robot pieces)but since i can't speak or barter with anyone in this **** town, it's like impossible to fulffill this mission....
Im running under XP but never had any problems before, tried 98 compatibility...(and i have latest patch)
anyone help pleasse!

btw if no one knows how to do it, is there any cheat to go on to the next mission?
or even someone i could send my files to, in order to pass this mission and then give 'em back to me?

Hmm, never heard of it before but something could be wrong with the delta bunker file. I guess I could email it to you if you want to try that.

well i just found out someone had the same bug in the tech help channel..but didn't seem to find the solution..
the problem is, it doesn't only happens in the bunker, but also in junction city..which is annoying for finishing the mission...
so i could try with your delta bunker file, but maybe it concerns this file AND the one associated with this mission?
anyway i would gladly accept any help..
