Text und Dialog Errors: Mib88 2.32 / german Fallout2

First time out of the vault
Hello,

today I installed Mib88 2.32 on a newly installed german Fallout 2.
So far it worked and i could play.
But there are some errors with dialogs and descriptions for items (see images below)

How can i fix this?
Does Mib88 2.32 only work with the english version of Fallout 2?

I already tried to change the language in fallout2.cfg from
language=german
to
language=english
but then the game dosen't start

I hope some can tell me what to do, to get the descriptions and dialogs working right. :)

Right after i posted this i found an solution...

I copied the path
..\data\text\english
and renamed it into
..\data\text\german

Setting ist still language=german

So far it seams to work ...
