First time out of the vault
I just finished "that lucky old sun" quest by distributing energy to all region, but i don't gain fame with fallowers and Ignacio Rivas does not give me any reward.

On my first and second playthrough i gained both fame and reward.
Is this some sort of bug? I searched net and read somewhere it could be thanks to new patch (I got patch 1.3.0.452 installed and play on pc)
 
Yes.

Edit: Nevermind this question, i loaded earier save game and it worked like is hould this time.
