The Crashing Presidential Key...

In Navarro, I can kill Richardson and take the presidential key or whatever, but if I try to save or go to a different area, the game crashes and doesn't give an error message. It doesn't happen at any other area in the Enclave... help...
 
Did you kill him with explosives? Try using Super Stimpaks instead, if possible.
 
Oh, well... yes, I did blow him up. Does this always happen? Because it doesn't happen on most NPCs (that's how I capped Bishop). But, while it may be unrelated...
Where the HELL do I get that many super stims, lol?
 
There's some kind of engine bug with explosives and killing people with them, doesn't happen all the time but it's a known potential problem.

You should be able to steal one Superstim from each of the Enclave guards around the President, to add to any of your own (I usually have loads and loads at that stage).
