the doctor in the BOS camps

you know you have the medical officer in the BOS camps, and he keeps offering to "patch me up" i want him to! how the hell do you get healed there, i want to take him up on his offer.....if he doesn't heal him soon, i thing i might just use some of my shotgun ammo

He offers it but he will not heal you, ever. And gutting him or killing him in any other way will get you a one way ticket out of the BOS (if your game is patched that is).
