The dreaded citizenship test

First time out of the vault
Is that test actually passable? I rolled a char with 10 int and the most i got was a slightly different dialogue but still with an unfavorable outcome. So is it related to the science skill perhaps? Heh i used that skill.......3 times in the game.
 
Yeah, I managed to get citizenship once.

I guess Per's guide can tell you more. Try search or google -- I don't have the link handy, but Per's Fallout 2 guide is mentioned everywhere anyway.
 
Well I've gotten my citizenship in a number of ways but never by passing the test. Ill check out the guide, thanks
