The End of the World

Before I look, are they end of the entire world, or end of civilization? I feel the former is too depressing, so I don't waste my time reading them.

It contains end-of-the-world scenarios (hence, end of civilization), end-of-civilization scenarios, end-of-the-solar system scenarios, end-of-the-galaxy scenarios, and end-of-the-universe scenarios. A lot of interesting reading, if you ask me.

It's a silly site made by silly dutchmen who read one article and draw silly conclusions.

Oh really?

That's probably why they repeatedly state none of the scenarios are definite, and are, in fact, just scenarios by some of which can be backed by scientific facts.

Anyways, at the very, very least, it's an interesting read.

Nice read, but more towards sci-fi.

Yeah, well, it has the Christian apocalypse, so I guess you're right.

Seriously, though, I like this site a lot. And the forums host some very interesting discussions.

This is cool. I like the static scenario. Made me laugh plus some of the others are neat too.

Although a few of them seem really farfetched.
The sterility one. Last man on earth kind of scenarios make think that there was no thought or real resoning. Funny stuff though.

After reading this you begin to think that the Idea of building large underground Vaults, capable of sustaining life for hundreds of years (unless the water chip breaks down or anything), it's actually a good Idea. I think I'll start saving to afford a space in one of those.
