the exit grid isnt working

hey is this a bug or something else i was about to go to cheyenne mountain and i go to the exit grid the character stands there like an idiot not going anywhere i dont know whats happenin is it a bug but the guy dont leave the b.o.s. outpost somebody help me
 
Make sure you have the whole crew on the exit grid or you won't go anywhere....
 
thats the thing i was going there solo i always play wissions alone i dont like people i hate it when they get killed so do you have anymore ideas please
 
I've got the exact same problem, leaving Epsilon for the Cheyenne Mountains Mission .

I'm patched up to 1.074-
Tried everything i can think of.

Got all my crew on the exit grid.

Tried every single vehicle combination, tried on foot, tried reloading restarting etc .. has anyone else come across this problem ?
And if so - can anyone offer any assistance ?
