Hey all, I'm new to these forums. A friend told me about Fallout a while back, so I decided to go on Amazon and buy it. So I got it, played it a bit, and I rode on a caravan to the BoS. Now, I tried to join, but the guy tells me to go to the Glow and get something from there. I know it's very radioactive there, and I don't know where to get any Rad-X. Can someone tell me? I also don't know if I'm a high enough level to actually survive there, since I'm only level 4.

Why don't people ever, ever, ever read stickies, or search the forums, or read forum descriptions?
For fuck's sake, people, it's not that hard.
Also, you can buy some Rad-X in several stores, there's a drug store in the eastern part of the Hub that always has some. You can survive in the Glow at level 4.

When you go to the Glow, it's more a question of being clever than having the biggest gun or highest level. I won't give huge spoilers... but in a way you're here for that so... you'll need those things =>

BTW: I always bought my rad x from the store in the cathedral.
And you could survive there even if you are level 1, all you need are 2 rad-X and a rope.
But get the Water chip first.
