The golden cheat?

Surfing the internet I found some cheat pages that include this cheat:

Name your chara for HIGHWAYMEN then tag small guns, doctor and first aid. Then when you start your first mission (Brahmin Wood) you are supposed to get a scout car at the end of the bridge (from your view).

Does this work? I haven't got FOT at home right now so I can't find out myself. This cheat isn't found on big cheat sites like http://www.gamewinners.com and http://codes.ign.com so that makes me wonder...
