First time out of the vault
hello im lost......well not on a tropical island but still lost

im trying to find The BOS lab for my power armor training thingy the BOS at the radio station wont tell me the location of this lab and i can see it on the map anywhere

plz help really need that armor so that i can kill more super mutants :D
 
You can learn how to use the power armor (including enclave- and tesla-version) once you done the quest necessary to enter the citadel.

Anyone knows why the tesla armor is best power armor in the game? Wasn't that thing in Fallout 2 a better metal armor?)

They did it because in Fallout 3, unfortunately damage is damage. There aren't different types of damage. Thus, there is no way of making an armor that adds energy protection.


One of the first mods that needs to be done is to add damage types IMO. Another mod needs to add damage thresholds.
