The Level-up Sound?

Hi,
Im doing an rpg session/campaign set in the world of fallout, and i would very much like to be able to play the "Level-Up" sound effect from the games, whenever someone in the rpg-group levels up a character.
Does anyone know how i get it?

Get an audio recording program like Sound Forge (actually the standard Windows sound recorder might even suffice). Lower the non-sound effect volumes in FO and record the levelling sound.

You could also extract the files, some of those crazy russian modders made some tools for extracting and converting the data files. (Do a little search, you will find them somewhere)
