I don't know if this post should go here, but I can't find another place to fit it.

I'm looking for the S.P.E.C.I.A.L system, a doc, pdh, even a txt file! If you could point me the way...

I'm pretty sure you won't find it in the vats, but that's where this is headed.

Besides, it's in the MANUAL.
 
Try searching for "fallout pen and paper". Or something along those lines. You'll get the rules to Fallout's SPECIAL system.

Just wanted to offer up a helpful comment before this gets shit-canned.
