Tim Cain: /snip/ ... I'd like to take what I have learned from making those games [Fallout and Arcanum] and make another original RPG - new system, new setting, new engine, the works.

Excuse me... but, then why the fuck did they cancel Fallout 3? Okay, it fits 2 out of 3 of his "wants" but that isn't all that bad.
Does he mean that he want to be "personally" involved with the games (programmer, artist...)? Was he "personally" involved with Fallout at all?

Or have I got this guy wrong? Aren't he among the idiots that cancelled it?
