MatuX can't. I'm the webmaster. I thought I fixed it. Unless they changed everything yet again.

No it doesn't. I can make you have a page with real fallout music on it (CD quality).

The page maker I use (homestead downloadable) only lets me use Midi's. If I knew html, or had something like adobe pagemil, sure I could have mp3 background music. (but it would take some time for the page to startup) Got any good places to download a decent webpage maker?
You can't place mp3's in web pages. Only midi and RA (both far from CD quality)
Well, of course you can use Flash Player to add sound to your page.. a little bit perverted way, though.
Jeeze, people and their "so-called" HTML expertise. It's not a smart idea to argue with a guy who has more knowledge on the topic than you. You don't see me arguing with Rosh or Xotor about programming do you?
Anyway, you use <embed> tags to do the whole thing.
For example <embed src="yourmusic.mp3" width="185" height="440"></embed>
I'm not so stupid as you think. And I know about the embed tag (and btw did you know that there is also bgsound tag which only works in IE?) but I thought it doesn't work for MP3's
