Tips on scanning line drawings

I've seen some of you guys doing good drawings, but scanning them in poorly. Its tragic. So heres a small tutorial on how to scan drawings in properly and optimise them. I didnt do this so dont thank me, thank Patrick Shettlesworth. cheers =]
