is the titanic encounter fixed on the map? i've looked almost everywhere and can't find it, if it is, can someone tell me where is or near where... :

You asked where it is on the map, that's the square it's placed on the campaign map in the editor. You do realise there's a random chance of getting a different encounter each time you visit a square where one of the encounters have been placed. Try going back across the square (don't actually enter the encounter manually).

There are like 20 squares on the map that you can get random encounters on... you can get 4 on each square if you play your cards right Try them all and It will pop up sometime

its on the edge of the map over the mountain range to the east of the first bunker about halfway up .
It's been there every time i've played the game so far which is quite a few times.
The gem is quite handy to sell early on in the game
