To bad they didnt add a Town editor and a npc editor....it would of been cool if they released one when the game came out...where you can create your own town and have quests in it.....With a npc editor.......you could actually make your own real mod.....

If you want to modify Fallout 1 and 2 NPCs, try Fallout Utility for Critter tinKering (or FUCK) at http://www.pipboy2000le.f2s.com.

You can modify the PRO critter files. Not the graphic appearence inside the maps.

They're stored in the MAP files, FUCK only edits the PRO file.

One of our members is working on a program to change the critter appearence.
